Cory Blair
Cory is the founder and director of All Coast Painting, and has dedicated his life to growing the business from a small team of three into one of the largest painting operations in the Northern Rivers. Born and bred in Tweed Heads, he brings invaluable local knowledge, a sharp eye for detail, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Over the past five years, Cory has focused on building strong client relationships and delivering premium service across every project.
As an active member of the Tweed Heads community, Cory is regularly involved in local football clubs, surf competitions, and fun runs supporting local charities. He shows his dedication through both participation and sponsorship and proudly serves as an ambassador for Mental Health Australia and men’s mental health initiatives.
Twenty years ago, Cory left the Northern Rivers to pursue a Rugby Union career in the United States. During his off-seasons, he discovered a passion for painting, one that ultimately shaped his future. His commitment to excellence was recently recognised with the 2025 Master Painter Award for Commercial Painting, along with three runner-up awards in both residential and commercial categories.
Together with his young family, Cory has worked tirelessly to build a company he is truly proud of. An entrepreneur at heart, he continues to grow as a business owner, painter, and individual, approaching every project as if it were his own and consistently delivering work of the highest quality.
Daniel Troeth
Dan has been painting for 15 years, he joined the team 1 year ago hailing from Hamilton Island. Dan is a meticulous painter with an eye for detail. Love transforming peoples homes and producing quality finishes in all aspects. Dan loves the beach and can’t go past the Kirra hotel on a Friday.
Dillon Wykes
Dillon has been a painter for the past 10 years the last 4 of those years he has been a dedicated part of the All Coast team, Dillon originally grew up in Brisbane and is now a staple to the Tweed area, you will find Dillon on his off time watching the rugby league, specifically the Broncos, and spending time with his family and friends if it’s at the beach or at the pub it’s always good vibes with Dil.
Eden Silva
Eden joins us as a 1st year apprentice, completing his high school education at Palm Beach Currumbin High School, Eden decided he wanted to step out into the world and get himself a trade. Eden is enjoying learning every day. You’ll find Eden at the beach, hanging out with his friends or out camping.
Dean Riwaka
Dean has been a part of the All Coast team for the last 4 years, successfully completing his Painting and Decorating Certificate, Dean has grown from a 1st year apprentice to a qualified tradesman. Dean is a movie buff! Ask him anything about the directors and cast and you’ll have your own Google search. In his free time, he volunteers at animal shelters.
Adrien Radic
Adrien brings 20 years of experience to the team, as a leading member of the team Adrien shows patience attention to detail and meticulous time management skills. Adrien has many skills and comes to us from his previous abseiling position to plant his feet firmly on the ground within the All Coast team. Adrien has many talents one of which is a skilled BMX rider which he enjoys showing off at Pizzey Park with his kids and operating his Award winning restaurant in Murwillumbah with his wife.
Laine Sutton
As an experienced painter Laine has been in the industry for 15 years and is a leading member of the team. Laine has a family background in the industry and is show while he produces quality finishes in all aspects of his work. Laine is an outgoing and dedicated member of the team, growing up as a Tweed local Laine spends his weekends at the beach and spending time with his friends.
Brendon Smith
Brendon has been a painter for the last 38 years, Brendon has worked for All Coast throughout the years taking some time away to live out in the bush but always brings his excellence back to All Coast. A leading member of the team Brendon has a meticulous touch he brings to all his work, we see this everyday with his quality finishes. On the weekend Brendon tends to his farm and enjoys a few beers while watching the sunset.
Mikayla Rogers
Mikayla joins the All Coast team as a 2nd year apprentice, starting her apprenticeship within a small team Mikayla has shown growth, energy and is a great attribute. Mikayla was previously in the Navy dedicating herself to her country, making the switch 2 years ago. On the weekend you will find Mikayala spending time with her friends and her beautiful cattle dog.
Kevin Moore
Starting his apprenticeship when he left school Kev is a painting all rounder. Showcasing his eye for detail and colour matching. Working on sites from residential to commercial and everything in between. Kev has been with All Coast for the last 2 years. On Kevins downtime he’s hitting the beach to find the best wave or scoping out the newest break.
Jess Martins
Jess joins us from Brazil! Making the move to Australia 7 years ago Jess Is a dedicated Tradeswoman with her eye for detail and dedication to the team she is an all-round attribute. Jess loves a good laugh and healthy lifestyle, on her downtime Jess is at the gym, spending time on the beach or travelling around, making the most of seeing Australia.
Kelly Itong
Kelly has recently joined the All Coast team after running his own business for the past 17 years, Kelly knows what it takes to be a great painter and produces quality work on all of his sites. Kelly is an avid member of the All Coast team and brings his knowledge and expertise every day. Kelly recently returned from travelling the world and now spends his downtime with his family and planning his next vacation.
Lucas Camblor
Lucas has been a painter for 9 years, he is an expert at bringing precision and colour to every customer. Lucas is a leading member of the All Coast team. His patience and guidance amongst other staff members makes him an important part of the All Coast team. Lucas is a nature lover, on his downtime Lucas loves to surf, explore the ocean and is always looking for new things to experience.
Marco De Almeida
Marco joins us from Brazil and for the last 2 years has been showcasing his skills with All Coast painting. Marco is second to none when it comes to attention to detail and scaffolding paint is his speciality. There is no height too high for Marco. On Marco's downtime he spends time with his family and helping his children with all their endeavours.
